For five days leading biopharmaceutical company’s employees were in a fascinating adventure that we created in St. Petersburg and brought to life in India.
Step by step, stage-by-stage the teams were reaching the formula of a magic elixir, lost hundreds of years ago. Each day – new task: they were in an adventurous quest hunting the rejuvenating apples together with Ivan Tsarevich, took part in a dance marathon organized by Baron Samedi, performed their talents on the Leonardo da Vinci master-class.
In addition, BIOCAD employees learned to walk on the glass, examined fakir tricks, visited a spices plantation, and what’s most important revealed the elixir formula.
The formula is: a whole sea of positive emotions + MSG + do not forget friendly and drawn together employees. If people do everything together the company has 100% of longevity.
