From August 15 to 19, the festival “Stroy-Hero 2023” was held in Tomsk – a professional skills competition for oil and gas construction workers organized by Gazstroyprom. The event gathered about 1,500 participants; following the competitions, the jury determined winners in 27 individual and team nominations. The MSG team was responsible for site development, cultural and business programs, as well as opening and closing ceremonies. We erected more than 1,500 sq.m of tent structures, a stage, and grandstands for 500 people, and branded over 4,000 sq.m of various surfaces. As part of the entertainment program, performances were given by Stas Starovoitov, Studio Soyuz, IP Orchestra, Igor Sarukhanov, and the headliner of the closing ceremony was Valery Syutkin. Difficult weather conditions added challenges for our team – within a few days we moved part of the program from the open industrial base to the cozy hall of the Tomsk Philharmonic, and the closing ceremony took place in the “Harmony” sports complex. At the same time, the main stages of the festival were held at the client’s production base.
