On July 10, 2018, our agency organized an event dedicated to anniversary of the implementation of economical production system LEAN on the territory of «Russian Standard Vodka» plant.
On the day of the event, the factory staff were greeted by a presenter and a photographer.
Party music was playing, booklets with information about upcoming events during the day were distributed. Several game stations were set up at lunchtime. Employees, answering questions about LEAN, as well as completing several tasks, got the opportunity to win the main super-prize. Also branded photo-zone worked constantly, and the presenter kept the audience interest alive all the time. At the end of the celebration Director of the plant ceremonially presented a report and summarized the implementation of LEAN system. The final chord of the meeting was drawing of super-prize and sweet gifts for all employees.
