The team building program is based on a legend according to which participants will have to during one day collect building materials and components necessary for the construction of their own symbolic house.

The program is designed on a variety of team competitions and aims to unite employees of your company: in the course of passing trials participants will improve their teamwork skills, and learn how to listen and help promptly.

The main purpose is to build a common house. To do this, teams must take part in various competitions. Each victory gives the right to carry out the next stage of building the house: to disassemble logs, to drive in nails, etc. Thus, as a result of effective teamwork the house is gradually growing by leaps and bounds, right in front of the participants!
