Santa Claus vs. Father Frost

The dispute of two traditions will be resolved today! With what kind of mood are we going to celebrate a New Year 2017? Will we be committed to the foreign style or remain faithful to the domestic one?

Teambuilding for the New Year is the best gift you can give to your employees. The scenario begins with all participants arriving at the winter residence, where two camps of the most powerful spirits of Christmas are located: a camp of Father Frost with Russian games and entertainments on the one side, and a camp of Santa Claus with the western ones on the other. Games can be very different, from throwing a felt boot at a distance to painting a gingerbread. Each of them has a personal Christmas tree and a personal retinue: Father Frost is accompanied by the Snow Maiden and rabbits, and Santa Claus by a deer and leprechauns.

Competitors appear in front of guests and declare: a New Year old man who will win will hold an evening corporate party for employees. The outcome depends on the guests! Each victory brings a score to the West or to Russia. Christmas balls will be used as points, and each team will hang them on its Christmas tree. Contestants with the richest Christmas tree with the largest number of Christmas balls on it will be declared winners.
