All-Russian BOYARD Partners Conference took place on March 14, 2014. BOYARD is a furniture fastener market leader. The event welcomed guest from more than 20 cities all over Russia, Belorussia and Kazakhstan.
The scope of work included Holiday Inn Conference Hall branding and Gala Dinner conception creation and implementation.
Our creative event-managers prepared a high quality in-style branding for Holiday Inn Conference Hall corresponding to BOYARD corporate style. Within the branding conception we decorated lobby, scene, and registration; placed vertical portals, small flags and various handouts. Once the Conference was successfully finished the guests moved to the Chaplin Hall for a Gala Dinner. Dinner key theme was the complexity of Saint Petersburg. BOYARD partners had an opportunity to get to know the mysterious and appealing life of the Northern Capital better through the professional actors and dancers performances. Dinner high point was Mikhail Boyarsky appearance, who is considered to be a true Saint-Petersburg and FC «Zenit» symbol.
It was a turnkey high-level project; both large-scale Conference and Gala Dinner went smoothly thanks to detailed event timing. We believe that BOYARD Company put its best foot forward dealers and distributors again proving its Russia furniture fastener market leader position thanks to this event.
