Business mission: organize an environmental business conference in 2013 - Year of Ecology in JSC Gazprom Neft.
The event plan included both formal and informal (team building) parts.
MSG agency team provided a turnkey event. Among the list of tasks assigned to the communications agency, were: venue selection, technical equipment, venue branding, preparing handouts and the entire logistics.
A more informal one – a team building part, followed the business part of the event. During teambuilding the event participants could catch a break from information-rich activities of the day to relax a bit and get charged with motivation for labor activities.
The event was held at traditionally highest level.
